Your project will be handled by a systematic and thorough methodology that is the result of over 30 years of experience in design and construction. This methodology organizes a project into seven phases, namely; Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documents, Bidding, Construction, and Post Occupancy. Each phase has specific goals, tasks, and deliverables, and represents a logical milestone in the project process.
